Yasmine Shama
Founder, Managing PartnerYasmine brings over fifteen years of experience in alternative investments, building and leading investor relations (IR) functions from the inside. She began her career at Morgan Stanley before moving into senior roles across private equity and venture, including TPG, and most recently serving as Head of IR at an $800M venture capital firm.
With a career spent operating at the senior level across capital formation, LP relationships, strategy, investor communications, and curated industry events, she launched Ventrose Partners to bring that full-spectrum perspective to investment platforms navigating growth.
Katherine Dwyer
Co-Founder, Managing PartnerKatherine has spent over a decade advising alternative investment firms on talent strategy, with a focus on investor relations, capital formation, and product specialist professionals. She spent eight years as a Partner and Head of Recruitment at Jensen Partners, a boutique executive search firm exclusively focused on capital formation and investor relations roles, before joining Landing Point as Managing Director, where she continued to lead senior talent mandates across the alternatives landscape.
Her track record spans placements at some of the most recognized names in the industry, including Blackstone, Carlyle, TPG, General Atlantic, and CVC, across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge fund strategies, from Global Head to Analyst level.
